I can't stand it when people "sing" that stupid Kelly Song that Woody sang in Cheers. And then follow it up with "You're probably too young to know what that's from." Makes me want to punch someone in the throat.
Do you even run?
1. Get within 20M of that bunny. 2. Injuries free 3. Do a little more trails.

4. PR @ DSS HM
5. Sub-20 5k @ IMS 5k
1. Done!
2. Not quite, after today's run I'll have around 180, last few weeks have been pretty light
3. Nope, I've let myself get comfortable in the high 180s, but now I'm refocusing so I can drop a lil more weight and get faster.
4. Nope, screwed myself out of a PR, but still ran another sub-1:30 and took 3rd in my AG, so still a good race
5. Hell yeah! 19:26
Overall a very good month. Stayed healthy, ran a couple of good races, flip flopped about qualifying for Boston, but will now continue with my plan to base and qualify next Spring. I see good things ahead.

Done! 250 miles or so on the road bike, which isn't a ton but it's a lot more than I usually ride in April.
Knee recovery could not be going any better (knock on wood).

140+ miles getting ready for my HM in May.
I'm at 132.3 right now. I have a 5 mile run planned for lunch today and I don't really have time to get in a 8. Maybe I'll take a long lunch and do it anyway. I hate not meeting a goal.
