6 for me, and it was one of those mornings when you wished the dog would walk himself. My legs were lethargic, and my brain wasn't much better. I did the damn thing though, and now it's on to better things....

Wednesdays are becoming my favorite day of the week because it usually means no morning workout and so I get to sleep in. 9 hours last night. I mean, I sill like Saturday and Sunday better, but you catch my drift. Ya follow me, dog? werd

I just love it when I plan to run 4 or 5 and end up running 8. (I really DO love it. I just don't love when I wind up getting hurt because that happens too much. Except, WTH, I get hurt anyway, so live it up.)
