Come on, guys! Somebody get up and make the coffee!
5 miles of run/walk, and I got to remember what winter running is like - 38* out there! It was an opportunity to try some CW-X tights I ordered last winter and never wore. Nice.
20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.
Morning, Lady Step! Why so cold today?
I woke up at 4:45 am. Yes, you heard me: 4:45 am! Couldn't fall asleep again, me, the queen of sleep... So I climbed on the TM and ran 7 miles, including 6x800m speed intervals. 10 seconds faster per mile than last week's ridiculously slow intervals. Baby steps for sure, but steps forward nonetheless. Average pace was 8:09. I will do a double tonight. Something longer, but slower.
Have a nice day!

'Sup.
We will not even talk about when my stupid ass woke up.
I ran 7, with a bit of a hangover.
Are we there, yet?
A little late to be making coffee. I've already consumed 2 mugs. What's with everyone waking up so early. I was up before 6:00 am, much too early for me. Work this morning, then continued recovery with an easy afternoon run planned. Not ready to tackle my Wednesday club interval workout yet.

'Morning! I decided that I am recovered enough from my marathon and so I got back to the speedwork last night. 60 minute treadmill progression, 8.4 miles, 7:09 avg pace. I didn't push as hard as I normally would. That was my first workout like that in six weeks so I'm easing back into it. Easy run planned after work today.

From the Internet.
Morning! 4.1 easy miles done. I feel like I have so much extra time on my hands this week!
Barking Mad To Run
Plan on doing a group run after work with some retired veteran friends. However, may be delayed, as I might have to take my cat to the vet. As much as I hate the fact, it's probably time to let my 15-year old cat go. She's been doing well for her age, but is now at the point of not eating, etc.. Think she's telling me it's time. Gail and I have had this rescued cat for just about her whole life - got her in 2000 when she was about 6 months old, hard to let her go, but don't want to have her suffering.

Scottydawg, that is the absolute worst part about having pets. Sounds like your cat has had a great life.
Hi folks. Running a marathon on Sunday. Today, probably easy.
Woohoo, Z! Isn't it amazing to be in shape to say "Aw, hell, why not? I'll run a marathon Sunday."
Scotty - Hugs for you, Gail and your kitty.
Hopefully there is one life left Scotty!
Hi, marathoner!

I knew you would.
Hi dailies:
Scotty - sorry if it's time for that cat to go
Zel - random marathon, good stuff!
I should be mowing the lawn right now, but un-forecast rain is putting an end to that.
