    LRB - I am so glad you went sub 20! It's amazing how just a few months ago you couldn't run. All the rehab, myrtles, monster walks, red band, blue band, black band, etc. All the hard training in that dreary, cold, windy, winter. What an awesome feeling it must be when it all comes together!

     

    Is sub 19 calling your name?!

    I'm so vegetarian I don't even eat animal crackers!

            Congrats on the sub-20, very nice!  It sounds like paying attention to running fast but without tightening up is the ticket!  I try to do the same thing, but nowhere near that pace, hehe!   That was a serious kick you had left at the end!  And nice job ramping up gradually once you got out into the open.
