163.3, with a marathon at the end of April and one two weeks ago.  Not bad for being in constant taper this month.

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

              124. Another crap month for me. But at least it's not due to injury.

                  Nice miles Cy.

I did 141 run/850 ride.  It was my biggest month ever, as far as hours go.

I'd think you'd get a pass for not wanting to run the friendly streets of Hanoi.

207 for me, which included 58 in a disappointing race that turned into waddling in mud for the last 22.  Bounced back and ran 26 on trail two weeks later.

                          Swim - 31.5 miles

                          Bike - 321.0 miles

                          Run - 140.2 miles

51.5 hours of training.  Solid all around.  It's also the fastest avg pace I've had for one month in all three disciplines.

Yes, they do.  So much so that I would have just rounded up to 129.  ;-)

How does the ratio of training miles align with the ratio of distances in a triathlon?  Or do the ratios vary by race?

There is no way I could have run outside there. Traffic is insane! Plus it was also 99 degrees and super humid. I could have run on the treadmill but I vacationed hard and was tired enough from that.
