No more marathons
One mile just equaled my PhatOldMan 10K time in the first 10K of her marathon.

it just started snowing here. Supposedly we are getting 3 to 5 inches. I'll run sometime later after I decide if I want to dodge snowflakes or go to the gym.
Onemile is right on pace for a damn good marathon!

I don't know what the correct etiquette is anymore.
I go by the "easier to ask for forgiveness than permission" policy.
Anyway, she was talking about starting with the 3:13 group, but I was pulling for something close to 3:10, so I was glad to see that half split.
I would really like to stalk to the end, but at some point soon I probably need to go on my own run.
Onemile and zelanie's marathons are there for our entertainment and discussion. FAIR GAME IMO.
I ran. 8.2 miles at 7:35 pace on a hill route. Need to shower and go get two propane tanks filled, I tell ya hwhut.
