Skirt Runner
1. Stay injury free
2. Run a great race for my first half marathon on 10/12. Can't decide on a time goal. Based on my 15K in August McMillan seems to think I can run it in 2:16 but I'm not sure I can maintain under a 10:30 pace for 13.1 miles. I am thinking more like between 2:20 and 2:30?
3. Recover from the half and begin to focus training on the 10K distance in hopes of finally getting that sub-60 in November!

1) Sub 2 hours in both HM's I have.
2) Finish HM#2 faster than HM1
(My goal is to peak for HM#3 in November, so I want to see performance improvement over the course of the 3 weeks between these races, not least due to the training effect of running HM#1)

Chickamauga (Nov 9th)
Then the Atlanta HM on Thanksgiving morning, but that's going to be run much slower. I may even take a camera and grab pictures.
Well darn, I'm trying to find out who might be doing the Indy Monumental Half, I have yet to have an FE.

To take my 5 year old granddaughter to the San Francisco Color Run and have a great time. Everything else pales in comparison to the smile on a child's face. The minute she saw the video of the Color Run, that all she goes on about (well not really, but you know what I mean, yeah?). Normally, I wouldn't even consider a color run, but how could I say "no" to this adorable young lady?
