I'm not a big picture taker as I don't run with my phone. But I was running with a buddy of mine and he took a picture at a view point. So I could steal it from his Strava thread and post it later on.

SRD here today. Calves are feeling tiiiiiiight so looks like foam rolling is in the cards for today.
Plan said 40-60 minutes easy. Wound up with a little over 4 very slow and sore miles. Garmin or my phone are being temperamental. I haven't been able to get anything to upload via Bluetooth since Thursday.

13.2 because Strava always shorts me a tenth of a mile and 13 flat wouldn't do it for the Half Marathon Challenge... so of course today it decides to be generous and give me an extra tenth.
Am I an evil person if I took a perverse satisfaction in beating a little kid at the Open Run? (I honestly didn't care if he finished ahead until he asked me what lap I was on, and when he learned that we were both on the last one, he sped up to try and beat me.)
