FRIDAILIES: The Crossing Near a Golden Rainbow's End (Read 195 times)

LRB

4.5 miles run while trying to ensure the kids didn't maim one another. Strides in there with some wogging for recovery.

    Wogging?

Is that like a walking jog?

4 miles at an easy effort - done.

5 recovery miles, pushups, pullups, and situps done.  And contrary to Wednesday, these miles were awesome.
