Is yours in the list? Mine isn't: fartlek

Morning,
I'll be running twice today. Run 1 will be 5 x 5 minutes at 10Kish speed, and run 2 will be a 5-6 miles easy run.
What's up with you?
Is yours in the list?
They cannot print swear words so no, none of those are even remotely close to what I use. lol
Walking lunges are in my immediate future.
I completely killed my groin when I wanted to get stronger by doing lunges. Maybe I was doing them with bad form...

I couldn't tell you if any of my passwords were on there, because I usually can't remember them.
60 minutes on the elliptical. I have a day-long mind-numbing departmental meeting today. #killmenow

Yes, this is a problem when you're registered on 19 million sites and they all have their own rules for passwords.
The most stringiest that I've encountered is where you cannot use a letter or number consecutively, such as 1111, or aaaa. Instead, it must be 1a1a, include a special character !#$%&, have a number and a letter, one of those have to be a capital letter, and be eight characters long FFS.
I remember that, something similar happened to me while doing standing front lunges. Sometimes it just takes one bad one out of a 100, which is what happened to me.

Good morning!
My passwords seem to have a lot of profanity as well. I guess it's the little boy in me that thinks cusswords are funny.
I ran 8.5 very slow, cautious, slick as owl-shit miles. All the slipping and sliding made my feet and legs feel like I ran twice that. At least it wasn't real cold.
I hope everyone has a great day!
Runner with a riding problem.
Are we there, yet?
Ha! They missed drowssap. (password backwards).

Barking Mad To Run
Adventure run/walk after work yesterday. So I go to the Schertz YMCA, start from there for a nice-and-easy 3-mile run. But, of course, I see a new road - AGAIN! - I haven't been down before so the 'dog' in me comes out and off I go, exploring. My 3-mile outing turned into 6 miles - mainly because I have this 'thing' about NOT turning around and going back the way I came, lol. S instead of doing that, I kept going and made a big LOOP to get back to the Y. Finally finished in an hour and 8 minutes. The longest I've run in a very long time. I was one tired old dog, lol; but also some nice satisfaction knowing my arthritic back can hold up for 6 miles. For my run/walk today after work, I will be very disciplined and REALLY do only a very easy 3 miles...maybe...

Looks like it is back to the treadmill after work. We got a dusting of snow, so 2 hour delay going into work.
I hate the "strong" passwords cause I always forget them. I have had to call the help desk at work many times because I rarely used one application but had to change the password every six months and you can't recycle them. It's hard to do that when I've worked there 14 years.

Rest day. Three straight days of running is close to my max.

Good morning! No need for me to check the password list because mine all contain letters, numbers, and characters. I am GOOD.
Today is an early swim day. 1550 yards with the masters group. Not a lot of yardage, but all drills and instruction, and there is lots of instruction when only one other guy shows up and he doesn't really need help. I am getting better. 4 mile run to do later.
Looks like the major storm that is going to pound the east coast this weekend will only be a glancing blow in my neck of the woods, and it's going to start Saturday afternoon. So, my Saturday 10K PR is a GO.

Run 1 will be 5 x 5 minutes at 10Kish speed,
This sounds like a Baboon workout. What are you doing for recoveries?
