You bet! After my MP run that I'll do either Wednesday ot Thursday, depending on weather, I'll be running easy all the time. For 10 days. I need this.

Unscheduled rest day. I am not impressed with this weekend's projected weather forecast. FFS indeed.

She stopped giving me rest days. She gave me the same hard 12 mile workout for Wednesday and 50 miles to run before my half marathon on Sunday

'Morning! I ran.
40 minutes, with 10 minute warm up, 2 x 8 minutes hard/1 minute easy, 6 minutes moderate. I averaged about a 6:55 pace on the intervals. Not as fast as I was six months ago, but not as slow as I thought I was, and this coming after yesterday's hard run. I'm pleased with the run. 5.4 miles total at 7:24 avg pace.
