Well?
Mmmmm...beer
Thanks, I meant to post this last night and forgot.
- Continue to drop weight, sub-175 would be nice by the end of the month
- Continue to rock my Pfitz 18/70 plan
- Sub-5:30 at my mile race on 8/16

Goals | sub-18 5k | sub-3 marathon 2:56:46!!
I have some big runs on the docket in September, the month of August is important because it will lay the groundwork for them.
Team TJ
Now that I'm getting back on track:
- 85+ miles
- drop 5 of the pounds that I've gained back lately.
Running for TJ because he can't.
Refurbished Hip
I low balled myself last month, so this month let's say 50 miles. I hope this month I will be doing some real runs without walking. At the end of August I will be 6 months post-op.
Running is dumb.
1. 100+ miles
2. Start some speed work mid month
3. Stay healthy

Dude, if you run sub 5:30 at 175, I will be seriously impressed. That's tough.
Short term goal: 17:59 5K
Mid term goal: 2:54:59 marathon
Long term goal: To say I've been a runner half my life. (I started running at age 45).
And the difference between your "real runs", "walks" and "ultrajogs" would be...........?
(They keep settin' 'em up and I keep knockin' 'em down).
To not die in the Charleston Distance Run.
For reals, just to fade less in the last three miles of that miserable race than everyone around me.
1. Stay healthy.
2. Hit all my target training paces.
3. 250 miles.

Are we there, yet?
1. Run 200 miles
2. Find a good tune-up race for NC 24
3. Decide on a good race in October to celebrate my BD. Having second thoughts about my first choice because of the elevation gains.
