A PR for me. Not bad with the frigid temps & icy trails we've gotten lately.
77.8 for me. A new monthly PR. If I hadn't hurt my foot, it would have been 80 easily.
Do you even run?
151 that I logged in here. That is a huge PR for me.

i am at 140, I had a sick 10 days at the beginning of the month or I would be around 160...ugh.
But I feel great now.

67.5 for me. A PR to end the year.
Running for TJ because he can't.

103.2, another monthly mileage PR for me. My determination to hit my 2012 goal (1,000 miles) gave me my most consistent month ever. I hope I can keep that momentum.
72.84 No PR for me, but I had a lot of good, snowy runs this month.
With the 5 I'll get tonight (2 mile warmup + the race), I'll hit 222 and a lil change. PR for me by 10 miles, but short of the 250 I was shooting for (I had a very light week last week, but that's ok since the 250 was completely arbitrary, like most of my goals lol).
I'll close out the year with 1230 miles, very happy with that for my first 9 months of running. Looking to double that for 2013.

Had planned 200+ but took 8 days off over the past two weeks to recover a bit before starting next training cycle. (Had nagging soreness in ankle/lower leg from running on uneven snow/ice.)
Train smart ... race smarter.
280.06 miles, including a weekend with gastro which made me miss a 20 miler and another shorter run.
PRs: Boston Marathon, 3:27, April 15th 2013
Cornwall Half-Marathon, 1:35, April 27th 2013
18 marathons, 18 BQs since 2010
Run to live; live to run
377.2 for the month. Year was 2035. I took most of the year as a cut back rebuild year so I'm pleased with it.

A sad and depressing 79.2. The month started off well but IT band issues put a stop to that. I had hoped for a monthly PR before that happened.
Congrats to all those with PR's this month, though! You guys are posting some great miles!

Should be 151.8 after tonight's 5K -- a PR by .9 mile. Ha.
because i never shut up ... i blog
Including tonight's warmup and race, I should have 91.4 for the month, which will put me at 1077 for the year, about 277 above my initial 2012 goal.
