233.20 for the month, topped only by my November mileage.  Even better though was finally throwing down a new PR in the 5K (21:23).  Very pleased.  Topped 2300 for the year.

        Are we there, yet?

122.6 for December and a total for the year of 1213.5. I didn't think I would make my 1200 mile goal when I had only 501.9 at the end of June.

148.5. Low, but coming back after only a little over a third that much in November due to injury.

              2234.1 for the year.

20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.

202 for the month and 1975 for the year.

Coming back from injuries and re-injuries so i'm being careful, otherwise I'd have tried to push for 2000 for the year (Dec mileage is already 82 more than Nov) . But cool thing is I'm suddenly getting faster again w/ two consecutive 50+mpw weeks (no speedwork as i'm not 100% rid of injury yet)  the past few runs after struggled quite a bit in this base building phase (the previous 7 weeks). Looking forward to the new year!

Also I'm adding some light calf stretches before runs (if I remember and it seems to have helped) and some other regular stretching/strengthening routines during the day in the past 2 weeks. I have searched the net a lot and spent lots of time on youtube watching anatomy of almost every parts of the lower half human body in detail. It's quite interesting and amazing (the anatomy and youtube), indeed.

195 for the December and 1918 point 2 for the year.

Not bad considering my goal at the beginning of the year was 1,000. Shooting for 2,000 in 2013.

                      I think 40.

Ran 34 in the first week, then did a 5k looking for faster time than my all time worst race in october. Ended up 7 minutes slower than that and 9 minutes off my PR from September. Havent run since

187.4 for the month, 2442.2 for the year.  Not as good as last year, but better than I expected.

139.58 for the month which is PR.

                          1260.44 for the year.

I am very happy about these numbers!

201.7, my third worst month since I started running in March.  I took a week off for "fun" b/f training started (never doing that again), then things went downhill from there: flu, terrible cold, and then knee/IT band issues.  I am hoping that January will be a much better month.  I finished the year with 2,340 miles and I am happy with that #.
