February Mileage Thread (I have not seen one) (Read 87 times)

    50.  Which, considering that I broke my ankle on February 9, I'm pretty pleased with.

I'm looking at a whopping zero for March and April.  I might go insane.

    My wildly inconsistent PRs:

    5k: 24:36 (10/20/12)

    10k: 52:01 (4/28/12)

    HM: 1:50:09 (10/27/12)

    Marathon: 4:19:11 (10/2/2011)

Sorry to hear that.  We can start a club!  I won't be running again until May.  While that does suck, it's better than July which is what I originally thought.

Broke your ankle?!  That's awful!  How did you do that?  I'm so sorry  Cry  I hope you're able to find an activity to help keep you fit and active, but geez!  You poor thang.

I got 159, neither great nor my worst, but I'm glad at least I'm not broken.

I'm crossing my fingers for May for both of us.  Smile

I am non-weight bearing for another 4 weeks, then will gradually transition over the month of April into full weight bearing.  I figure after a couple of weeks of walking normally, I can consider running again, and that will be early May.

              Zero point zero.  Beat that!

I believe that's referred to in running circles as a Blutarsky. Or if it isn't, it should be.

              158.5 for me, a PB.

Big month for me - 344.7.

Holy crap on a stick. That is some impressiveness right there.

                I got about half. 170.

189 miles for me.  Hopefully I can get back over 200 for March, maybe even crack 250 (222 is my current high).  I'd like to stay above 50mpw consistently, we'll see how it goes.

Terribly unappetizing, but they say anything is better on a stick!  I've momentarily gone off my rocker, that's all this is.  170 is a sweet month too.
