Boon and runwell3 are running the Hartford Marathon today. Good luck boys!

I have a short run a little later this morning.

What's on your running schedule today?

      Go kill it Baboon!

Good luck to all the races this weekend!

Nothing on my schedule today.  It's just started raining, and I'm off in a few to do a small painting job.

It should be about 55 degrees for my long run tomorrow morning.

I've got some housecleaning to do this morning before I take Dorian out for a 5 miler, really the only reason some of the cleaning is coming before the run is because all of my shorts are in the washer

            Good luck, racers!

Hoping to get a legit long run (15 miles is my goal), but I'm not sure whether my hips or plantar fasciitis will allow that.

Then doing a corn maze this afternoon with DS and a group from our church.

20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.

Babs thru 10k in 45:54, 7:24 pace... projected at 3:14:01

11.3 in light rain and fog.  I felt good, was the best run of the week.

Good luck to all the racers!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

                        I ran 5.

It wasn't a bad run considering the volume of wine I drank last night. Geezus.

I have been up and running around getting shit done since the crack of dawn. At work now and I will be running shortly - 3-4 with strides. 5K tomorrow!

                            Good morning!

What's your plan for race week mileage-wise?

You're going to be hungry for better and specific training after your race, it'll be getting close to that time to add some variety to your running log categories.

                              Morning!  Just landed in Chicago.

                              Go, racers!  Go, Baboon!

I plan on having 35-40 logged when I get up Saturday morning.  My rolling 7 day total will be about 5 miles less than at the start of my 15k, and I felt pretty good for it.

If I have a good race, I'll probably run a full the end of February.  If I stink up the joint on Saturday,  I may run a full the end of February.  It's a hilly-bitch course, but a guaranteed PR.
