Happy 1st Day of March everybody!!! Let's hope that this month will be nicer to us than last month, and allow us all to get outside and run, as for goals.

5k - 24:15 (7:49 min/mile pace)
10k - 51:47 (8:16 min/mile pace)
15k -1:18:09 (8:24 min/mile pace)
13.1 - 1:53:12 (8:39 min/mile pace)
26:2 - 4:14:55 (9:44 min/mile)
140 miles or so in the schedule. Goal is not to completely skip running the week of our spring break trip. Luckily, it falls right in line with what would be a cutback week, but I still want to get 20-25 miles in.

I did not have goals for March, but I did race my first 5K ever, and guess what! I PRed!!!!
That must have come as a surprise. lol
And I liked it so much, I think I'll always race new distances from now on. Satisfaction guaranteed!
