Happy 1st Day of March everybody!!! Let's hope that this month will be nicer to us than last month, and allow us all to get outside and run, as for goals.

    1. Stay healthy and strong
    2. Gain an extra 20-25 miles, or at least get above 100 miles for March
    3. Lose 3-5 lbs
    4. Keep it up with going to the gym and weight lifting
    5. Don't do anything stupid

*Do It For Yourself, Do It Because They Said It Was Impossible, Do It Because They Said You Were Incapable*

140 miles or so in the schedule. Goal is not to completely skip running the week of our spring break trip. Luckily, it falls right in line with what would be a cutback week, but I still want to get 20-25 miles in.

      PRs:

      5k - 20:51 - 9/5/15

      10k - 47:00 - 5/25/15

      15k - 1:10:19 - 11/21/15

      13.1 - 1:42:25- 4/25/15

      26.2 - TBD (someday)

          1) Get north of 200 miles.

          2) Run at least 4 quality runs of 12 miles.

          3) Remain true to core and flexibility work despite the increased mileage and quality.

          4) Get ready to roll. March is the singing of the National Anthem for the racing season!

Most people don't expect to run their best races during the singing of the national anthem.  They wait for the race to start.
