May goal for me is to start running again. my last run was march 30.

Slowly build mileage not worrying about speed.

I said that I was suspending goals until after my wedding in May.  The funny part is that I'm on pace to set a mileage PR, and I ran an amazing 10K...lol  I guess it all worked out.

Here's what I wrote for my goals:

Continue trying to clean up my diet, focus on portion control.

Move my fat ass a little faster Smile

So...complete failure on cleaning up the diet.  I must say I am moving my fat ass slightly faster though Smile

So let's make the May goal a little more simple:

Stop pigging out on fucking ice cream.

I didn't have "official" goals for April, I will make "official" goals for May.

          *Complete my 1st half marathon

*Finish said 1/2 marathon on my feet...no hands or knees allowed

          *Run 110 miles

          *Bike 60 miles

*Get my butt  back in the pool

          Don't call me Buttercup!

My April goals (as stated here) were:

            April goals:

            More miles

            No injuries

            More miles - check.

No injuries - not so much a check.  Half a check, because I'm not really INJURED, but I've been having ankle issues.  So pfft.

BUT!  With 3 runs still scheduled for this month, I am already at my highest mileage ever, so I finally feel like I'm making headway after all the shin issues and sickness from late last year/early this year.

            May goals:

            Get ankle in check

Finish first ever (well, not EVER, just first for me) HM

Finish aforementioned HM upright and smiling

            More miles

            More smiles

Slow and steady wins the....  wait a second! I've been lied to!
