I normally average 100-140 mpm and i want to add more to finish my next marathon or half much stronger. Yesterday i ran the local jingle bell 5k in 19:27 and felt really strong. Afterwards i went out and ran another 8.3.
This morning i went out to run around 15 but at mile 5 it started to rain a bit harder so i turned around, that ended with 10.3. The mrs. dallison and i ran 7.75 and then i ran 1.2 with our youngest dog.
I still feel like i can run another 10 miles, but i won't.

Thanks, This is an effort to build miles to be more successfully and crush my long races this year. You know what nonsense i'm capable of.
