That is a serious hill there! I think I'd have been just about done for the race! That's exciting that you're considering training for a full! Do you have a race/time frame in mind?
Great finish time and awesome ranking, Mitch. Congratulations! You are right about having very solid fitness. Considering your last training weeks, which were less than ideal, and the tough course, your time is most excellent. Give yourself a healthy and consistant training cycle and race on a flattish course and you will shock yourself with a huge PR. Love all the goodies you received, how cool!
