    Mornin', folks!

      Good morning, everyone!

Oski, thank you for starting today's thread.

I did 52:26 on the TM this morning. 0:00-35:00 were at 6.6mph (9:05). 35:00-44:00 were at 6.7mph (8:57). 44:00-51:01 were at 6.8mph (8:49). 51:01-52:26 were at 4.1mph (14:37). My overall pace was a surprisingly comfortable 9:07. I'm still recovering from nasal congestion and wet, productive coughing. And it's day six of no coffee.

Yesterday, I slept in, so I ran 3.0 easy miles in 28:10. 9:22 pace.

Tuesday evening, I did weights after work.

      Good times.

        Morning, beautiful ladies!

Let me be honest: I did not run last night. Why? Because I was too exhausted from my work day, constantly lifting 50 lbs kids, putting snowsuits on, schlepping everyone outside, only to come back inside with the 6 of them every 10 minutes because of pipis and others. Why are kids so needy always? "I'm thirsty! I'm hungry! I want a bandaid! Clean my nose, I have a booger! I kicked him because he pushed me because I stole his truck." ENOUGH ALREADY!!!! And FFS, parents, pick up your bratty kids on time. Oh, and to the couple who thinks their son is ready for boxer shorts: He's not. My couch can attest to that.

So... I will run tonight? I also have Day 2 of the push-up challenge to do.

Good morning, electronic friends!  Welp, I had set my alarm for 5:30 so I could go swim, but as chance would have it, I ignored the alarm and slept until 6:30.  I HAVE NO REGRETS.  I've got a one hour tempo run to do after work, and with heavy rain in the forecast it's looking like a treadmill day.  My quad is feeling better today.  Fingers crossed that it holds up tonight.  Of course, I could rest it, but LOL to that idea.

          Barking Mad To Run

Run/Walk on the San Antonio Riverwalk after work yesterday.  Sunny, with a bit of cloud cover and a nice breeze, both of which were appreciated in the 84 degree temp.   Ended up with 4.5 miles done, a bit longer than I'd planned for my 'easy' outing, with the original plan to do just 3 miles; but I was feeling good so I just kept going for a bit more.   Today after work, run/walk at Fort Sam Houston, which I will ensure  IS nice-and-easy by doing my "Dog Alley" route, which has me stopping several times along the way to give my canine pals some treats.

Good luck with the no-coffee thing, Basya!  Nasty stuff, coffee     Hope your nasal congestion, etc, clears up quickly!

Sounds like you love your work, Lily.     Hope you are not exhausted today and can get your run in.  Good luck with the pushup challenge.  What is the pushup challenge, anyway?

Sounds like your body needed and appreciated the rest, Phil.  Good luck with your tempo run!

Morning!  Ran 10 with 5 X 1 Mile at 10K pace with 400m recoveries (say what?).  I think my 5 miler PR is toast and my 10K PR is not as far as I thought it was.

Tonight is pilates.    I might run before, but that would make four days straight of doubles (lunch workout, after work workout) and I am freaking exhausted.

Good morning.  After yesterday's short run, I am taking the next three days off before my HM.  My body is just telling me it needs it.  The HM is going to be interesting to say the least.

That's a kick-ass workout D.  It looks like your lungs may allow you to start racing some shorter distances again, if you want.

                        Life is good.

0.0 this morning.  Slept til 6:30.  25mph winds and a nice hailstorm will do that.  Like Baboon, NO REGRETS! Smile  Maybe I'll run later after the kids go to bed, maybe I won't.  More than likely I'll have a big ass bowl of cereal while watching Criminal Minds on the DVR.   Good grief, this race cant come soon enough. My half is April 12. I feel the same way. Right now accuweather's long range guess is rain, 20+ mph winds and 50+ mph gusts. Beautiful.
