      Thanks my friend. I took a nice, much needed, vacation down south with Marina and my granddaughter. Her first time to Disneyland and I swear she was gonna "pop" at any moment. She got to meet her "idol" Rapunzel in person as well! Good times, the stuff memories are made of.

              I had the same surgery a couple years ago, and although it took me awhile, I came back okay, so I know you will too. Here's to a speedy recovery. I had some issues doing any speed work coming back, so listen to your body.
