Code: I completely empathize with you!  It's crazy this time of year with the kids/holiday business/etc.  You'll get your mojo back soon.  The good thing is that you are continuing to run and getting in lots of quality work too!  Keep it up!

Easy: WOW!  Congrats on the 200 and on streak of 200+ miles - that is awesome!!!!!

Amy: Nice job on the 8, even though the weather was kind of crummy.  I don't know how you deal with that nearly year round!

SIAR: Thanks for the kind words. I really appreciate it, especially from someone like you.  I hope the pacing goes well tomorrow.  I am glad you feel dialed in enough to hold it consistently.  I hope you get a good group, too, to run with!

Tom: I hope the hilly 4-5 go well today!  I'm excited that you signed up for another HM - yay!

Flippy: Way to keep up that streak!   I'm impressed!!!!  I know you aren't 100% happy w/where your mileage is right now, but December is a new month.  You get to start over!

Kay: Holy freaking speed, girly!  What a run!!!  Woohooo!

Robert: I'm glad there's an end to the no running in sight!  Thank goodness the foot is better!!!  Woohoo!

I did my yoga, core and Myrtl exercises today and then found out my Dad sent me a $200 gift card to Lululemon to subsidize my Lulu habit.  SO HAPPY!  Off to shop...

13.2 miles done at 8:53 pace.  It was a struggle to get through the run tonight for some reason.

                    Hi dailies:

Schnauzer - there are still races through the winter here in the west of "upstate" -- http://www.buffalorunners.com/races.asp

lilac -review the Mizuno heat thingy for us please, after you get some use out of it.  I may buy one if it actually maintains a good core temp without overheating.

                    SIAR - good luck pacing

Kay - nice work on the pace

Heidi - congrats on the big mileage month

12.5 miles tonight, pace was only 8:09 as I spent a lot of time carefully navigating black ice.  Someone smarter had run or walked earlier, leaving footprints made by yaxtrax-equipped shoes in the snow.

                      Jay: Nice running tonight!!!

                        Good morning, guys!!  Oh, wait...

Anyway, 5 miles for me this morning.  It was COLD.  I don't know why I keep telling you that.  I guess we can all just assume it's cold unless I tell you otherwise.

Planning on 9 tomorrow.  Will be my longest run since August.

                        Sweet dreams, kids!
