What say ye?
Cabernet primarily, but I do enjoy every color in the rainbow when out for a five course dinner with a flight of wines. Oh yeah!
If not for the year at least 30 days eat vegetarian.
Running goals 30 min 5k, 1:05 10k, 1st half and a 2:30 half. Full doubtful but who knows.
It is actually pretty easy. It is explaining why you are doing it to the half dozen meat eaters at the dinner table that is the hard part!
Pass the written portion of the Beer Judge Certification Program exam. Prepare myself for the tasting portion of the exam.
Short term goal: 17:59 5K
Mid term goal: 2:54:59 marathon
Long term goal: To say I've been a runner half my life. (I started running at age 45).
2014 and beyond: My recovery runs are much longer than most, which I admit probably should be shorter / slower. Sometimes I'll go as far as 8-10 miles @ 10:00+ pace. I do not find my recovery runs to have a negative effect, I look forward to them. One of my 2014 goals is to have greater variety in my schedule; in pace and distance. More 4-6 mile runs, more 14-17 mile runs and fewer 10 mile runs. Some of the shorter runs will be faster and some slower. The longer runs will be easy pace unless I'm pointing toward a race. And lastly, strive to get back to my previous level of fitness and or come to terms with my condition.

I like to call these Runolutions..
1: Stay healthy
2: Miles and miles..
My only resolution is to finish my Master's program in May and pass my board certification to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. ♥
This isn't really a resolution but a goal that will be accomplished.
Running is my mental-Ctrl-Alt-Del.
Dad on the run.
1. Injury Free
2. Exercise more consistently
3. Lose the weight I gained over the holidays
4. Hit my miles goal for the year
5. Hit 225lb x8 on the benchpress.
Chasing the sub 20 5K.
Are we there, yet?
1. Drink less wine. 2. Drink more wine.

2. Drink more wine.

Eat something green everyday. Like a spinach salad or raw broccoli. I dunno. Just Something green. Every.day.
I have of number of green things in my refrigerator. You're welcome to them since I don't remember what they are since they weren't green when I put them in there.
These aren't exactly resolutions, but my plans for the year include scheduling a number of destination races where I can FE with RW and RA friends.
Will run for scenery.
1) Eat some cabbage. Not very ambitious, but it's a family tradition on NYD.
2) Drink some wine. I'm spending 3 weeks in France/Spain this summer, so that's kind of a no-brainer as well.
3) Run.
4) Don't fall down. See (3), not (2) !
Stupid feet!
Stupid elbow!
