            Late to the thread but here is my info.

             

            I would be willing to lose 4-5 lbs provided I still felt strong.

             

            My race weight is right at 148-150 which is right at a 22.8-23 BMI and at 148 on training runs I started feeling a little weaker than I liked. (post HM in august I lost/ lose about 6 lbs...)

             

            Prior to running, when I was in the gym lifting (and I did not lift a lot nor was I muscle bound, just nicely built and 10% body fat) my BMI was 25...
