December Goals (Read 53 times)

wcrunner2

Are we there, yet?

I didn't see a December goal thread yet, so I'm starting this one.

    1) Increase mileage, hopefully over 200

    2) Keep sane while working retail at the bookstore during holiday shopping

    3) I'll think of something for a third goal, like to keep it in sets of three

     2024 Races:

          03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles

          05/11 - D3 50K
          05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour

          06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.

What? I felt blah at that moment and wanted to say something that reflected how I felt.  Now if there is something perverted in there, I am blind because I just don't see it today

I'd LIKE to finally get a sub-23:00 5K, but I suspect the weather will interfere.

I'd like every more to finally get healthy.

                  From the Internet.

                    1. Don't get hurt!

                    2. 130 miles

No races planned until May (though I'll probably do a couple short tune-up races before that), I'm giving the Maffetone method a try so no quality work of any kind for quite some time!

                      3.  Get comfortable at 40 mpw.
