    Thanks everyone!!

     

     

    Woohoo...especially on the injury-free part!  That's some good stuff right there!

     

    That is always my #1 goal, can't meet any of my other goals if I get hurt.  I have no problem taking some down time if my body needs it. 

     

    I especially liked this line regarding injuries from Amby Burfoot's Simple Secrets to a Lifetime of Running, "You could spend a lifetime regretting the days when you continued running; you'll never regret the three to seven days of rest."
