Good morning,
I ran 6. And for the first in nearly a week my legs decided to join me.
What's up with you?

Good morning!
I ran 11 nice miles. The legs felt pretty good, which surprised me after running yesterday afternoon. That gives me something to think about.
I hope everyone has a kickass day!
Runner with a riding problem.
Will run after work, in warm sunshine.
Good to to all you good people, and to the others as well!
Same ol' dealio.

Hello and FRIDAY! 3000 yard swim done (for you non-swimmers, that's like a 7.5 mile run...Ironman swim is like a 10 mile run). I did 6 x 500 yards with the pull buoy, with 90 second rests between sets. Easy jog after work.
7 then 4 then 5?

Today will be more like 3 then 7 then 3. The first 3 is done.
Yesterday was 4 then 9 then 3.
But yeah, three runs... that's the dealio on weekdays. Two runs on weekends with one double digit followed by a fiver... or so.
This is day 40 and I'll be at 401 miles by bedtime.
3, 3, 5?
Crap. Oh well, I had two of the 3s.
5 miles in a drizzle.

WOW!
You mean 20 x 200 meters, and then 15 pushups, 10 chair dips with feet raised, 12 bicep curls, 50 situps, 20 pushups, 10 chair dips, 12 bicep curls and 25 pushups?

Was not allowed out of the house early this morning, so ended up taking the 3-ring circus around 8 AM for what ended up being a 6.2 mile run. Chose a quieter pathway this time so there was like nobody on it, which meant it wasn't as chaotic with the dogs as it normally is.
After work I've got some house cleaning to do, then I've got a massage later this evening.
And to LRB on yesterday's thread... of course I'm slacking, hell haven't you noticed my appearances on the forum are not as many??

Afternoon! Back at the office after my trial. He did not rule in front of the defendant, but I am hopeful. I'm done, at least! Pilates and 5 miles tonight.

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.
