Thank you all!! Surgery is done. Doc wants me to bike and cross train more. My knee hurt after surgery so they doped me up more. I'm really happy my knee is fixed. I promptly stopped for coffee after.

Swimming is a great exercise if you can keep from drowning. Glad all went well.

I really can't express enough how much appreciate all the kind words. They mean a lot to me.
The nurse who prepped me is a runner. We talked shop. The doc is a skier. We also talked shop.
They kept mentioning how fit I am. "He's a very fit person. The low heart rate is OK.". I couldn't hear enough of that!
