Alright peeps! Watcha got for March!

Me, after today's 5-6 miler I should have around 159 miles.

    PRs

    5k - 24:15 (7:49 min/mile pace)

    10k - 51:47 (8:16 min/mile pace)

    15k -1:18:09 (8:24 min/mile pace)

    13.1 - 1:53:12 (8:39 min/mile pace)

     26:2 - 4:14:55 (9:44 min/mile)

    From the Internet.

98 miles - most I've ever done in one month! If I stay healthy I'll definitely break 100 in April.

      Brrrrrrr

      Uffda

I ran 240.8 miles in March. It is a PR for me.

I don't expect to run that much in a month for the next year. DW is expected to have DD#2 in July, so I'll be scaling back my running. I'm planning on doing HM training for a fall race, which won't require the miles as my FM training.

234.3 - the first time I've been over 200 miles in more than a year. Feels good to be getting back into that range again. April will be a little less with taper for my marathon, but probably still close to 200.

20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.

Everyone seems pleased with their work so far. Well done, guys!

With my 10 miler tonight, I will finish the month with 338 miles. That's 20 miles less than what my plan called for and 8 miles less than what I ran last year for my spring marathon, at the same period. But without the motivation of running Boston, I find it much harder to keep up. I took rest days when I wasn't supposed to.

            PRs: Boston Marathon, 3:27, April 15th 2013

                    Cornwall Half-Marathon, 1:35, April 27th 2013

            18 marathons, 18 BQs since 2010

212 which would have been higher but I took some sick days. I'm happy with my long runs though.

I'm thinking about leaving it at 153.4, that's a PB for me so far and March has been a great month for me. I'll see about getting April over 160 miles Smile

Wow, there are some amazing numbers on here!  I'm right around 50 this month, which is nothing great, but I'm super happy with it considering what abysmal mileage I've been having since my pity party in October.

Slow and steady wins the....  wait a second! I've been lied to!

201.5 - my highest total since September (209) and the goose egg that followed in October.

I do not anticipate going much higher than that for the spring/summer racing season.

Great job everyone, there is some great mileage out there.

i got 93.3 miles for the month.
