Good morning.
I have a rest day from running and an off day from work. A rare occurrence and one that I am going to enjoy. In fact, if I didn't have the IQ of a split pea, I would still be in bed.
What's up with you?
I have an off day from work, and either a RD from running or I'll run during DD's soccer practice tonight. We have similar IQ I guess.
I do not have off work. Some easy miles after work. Enjoy your day off!

HOORAY company holiday! No work and no running today, but I'll go for a bike ride and/or swim. Three nights of less than stellar sleep (Thursday-Saturday) were all made up for last night. 10 hours of solid shut-eye.
Coffee now. 1:00 and 4:00 playoff baseball games today will be a rare treat on a Monday off from work.

Good morning!
6.1 miles, which is 2 miles for every hour I spent in bed. I'm too old for that shit. Now, off to work.
Have a great day folks!
Runner with a riding problem.
RD from running. Shall cross train behind the lawn mower.
Enjoy your day off, you lucky stiffs!
You got that right, I am stiff as a board. If I had to run today, it would be fugly. lol

Good morning
Hmmm.... it would appear that I have a few RR's to read today. The choice is to either read them before work or this evening.....
This morning I am regretting last night's run just a little, ran it pretty fast due to freaking myself out with shadows and noises out on the country roads My butt is sore.
Today is a rest day.

So nice that everyone has off from work... EXCEPT FOR ME. It took me forever to walk to the subway because oh yeah, I'm still limping around... and then the trains were impossible so it took me twice as long as it usually does to get here. Like I even want to be here.

No day off work (though working part-time from home probably doesn't really count anyway); no rest day.
6.44 miles done early; martial arts tonight. This morning's run actually felt nice and smooth once the bit of PF worked out. It was still slow, and the PF is being a pain again already, but it was nice to at least feel good for an hour or so.
20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.
Mmmmm...beer
Good morning everyone!
Starting to get sick, yay. But at least the Giants won last night. Might do some miles this evening, probably going to skip my UTBF workout, have to see how I'm feeling by the end of the day.
Hope everyone has a great day!

Getting ready to head in now.
6 easy this morning. Only one in my house who has to be responsible today. Boo! But, come hell or high water, I will be home by 5 to watch my Cardinals get carved up by that bum Arrieta.
