      Just the usual for me.

       

      • Fully recover and be running pain free
      • Get back up in the mid 30 mpw range without issue
      • Stick to my new strength training plan
      • Lose up to 5 lbs all while keeping my amazing rear end..... unless it pops a little more, then I am even happier

        - Continue dropping weight, overall goal is to be in the 160s by April (I'll find out where I'm at next week, no access to a scale for the last month, but I'm definitely down)

        - Find a 5k to assess my current fitness and hopefully PR

            - Continue dropping weight, overall goal is to be in the 160s by April (I'll find out where I'm at next week, no access to a scale for the last month, but I'm definitely down)

            - Find a 5k to assess my current fitness and hopefully PR
