THANKS!!!  I am freaking happy.  Now we have to get you healed up good as new so we can both be 100%!

I just realized I am right at 2400 miles since I started running. If I could pop off two 300+ mile months like I plan on doing by the time my 1 year runnerversary hits on 3/7, I'll have run 3000 miles my first year running. I feel like that's kind of a bad ass #, so I hope I can hit it.

That would be extremely BAD ASS!

I'd have too agree, extremely bad ass!

Robert - Congrats on the great race.

RMTB - Good job and the MLR. Please take it easy tomorrow.

D2 - That is freaking awesome. You are putting up some consistent mileage, and it is paying off. FWIW, here are some of my old 10k/half times on way less mileage:

        6/22/2008 - 1:30:17 half

        7/19/2008 - 40:51 10k

        8/17/2008 - 40:24 10k

        5/3/2009 - 1:30:48 half

        6/27/2009 - 1:28:55 half

        7/18/2009 - 41:57 10k (oops)

Thanks for the healing vibes, folks.  Been in a state of self pity today.  Meh.  Glad the three races I've paid for only cost $90.  That ski trip I've got booked though...
