I certainly hope so, otherwise I'm on day 12 of doing something nothing. Although I do have PT today, so please try to contain your envy.
What up doe?

Good morning.
LRB, spinning in circles from being stir crazy should be a loggable activity.
8.1 easy miles for me.
I hope everyone has a great day!

If a guy does nothing in the forest, and there is no one around to see him .........
Rain rain rain rain ... steady drenching right now. I have to take my friend to a doctor appointment later, hopefully it will let up by then. Also just learned that DH forgot his phone, guess who gets to deliver? Still better than listening to him bitch and moan about the time he would waste coming back home.
So ... RD for me.
Barking Mad To Run
Very nice run/walk last night on the San Antonio Riverwalk. Weather was sooooooo sweeet - 74 degrees, humidity in the 30% range, and very low dew-point too - I was feeling really good and instead of my planned easy 3 miles, ended up with 4.5 miles.

Are we there, yet?
...what is he doing in the forest anyway?

Nothing.

I honestly wouldn't mind doing nothing today, but as it is I've got one busy day. 5 mile run, then work, then swim lesson, then another 5 mile run, then dinner and bed.
So speaking of that first 5 miler, this morning's assignment was a tempo run with miles 3 and 4 at 6:50 pace. Actual tempo paces were 6:50 and 6:51. I'll take it! 5 miles at 7:32 avg. I think running harder than I needed to last night made this run tough. I usually save the tempo runs for later in the day since I suck at morning running, but I don't know how tired I'll be after the swim lesson, plus there are rain showers in the afternoon/evening forecast. Figured I'd better get the more important run done first. Ok then now.

So he had nothing better to do?
From the Internet.
Midweek medium-long run of 9 miles this morning. Started off a little stiff, felt really awesome from mile 5 to the end. The medium-long is always my favorite run!
OK, I'm happy dancing. DH's brother had his prostate surgery yesterday. Got it all, not spread to the lymph nodes, all looks good. Just gotta heal up and he'll be good to go. NO CHEMO!!!! Wooo hooo!!!! He's only 47, with two teenagers. Only better outcome would have been to not have it in the first place.

Skipped the rain again this morning, I'm becoming such a wimp. LOL I'll run this evening, I promise (only because there's no chance of rain lol).
Happy Friday Eve!! Hope everyone has a great day!
