Good morning!
I did 90 minutes on the trainer. Hoping to ride outside tomorrow.
Have a great day!
Runner with a riding problem.
I spent some time this morning making reservations for my trip next spring. The hotel reviews went something like:
"The bathroom shower was amazing!"
"The bathroom shower was disappointing"
"The staff was the friendliest ever"
"The staff was rude"
"The smoke in the casino was awful"
"They did a great job removing the smoke from the casino area"
^ I think I just read that in another thread somewhere.

I was having a severe ding bat attack.
LOL.
Morning! Randy Rainbow was super funny and his show was great, but I got home at midnight and hardly slept, thanks cats. It got a bit solemn when he welcomed the kids from Marjorie Stoneman Douglas HS, which happened to be sitting three seats from me.
Anyway, Pilates and 8 for me today.

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.

Sitting here at my 5K an hour before it starts, because that's how it's done. Lots of high school track kids walking around. The little bastards still have to beat me. 34 degrees and I forgot gloves. Looks like I'll be using the extra socks I packed!
<3
If only there was a such thing as a race bag.
Go kill 'em dude. Kick it in the ass!
You don't need gloves in 34F, man. Hoping you are wearing a tank and shorts because if not, those kids will beat your ass up.
No, better to wear old-school baggy gray sweatshirt & sweatpants, and a wool hat with a pom-pom on top, then still beat everyone’s ass.
You don't need gloves in 34F, man.
Said no on ever...except for maybe GC100K.
I've sat on my ass for long enough. The rains are a coming so I need to beat it.
I don't wear gloves for a race in 34F either, silly, For runs, yes, races, no.
Me, sweating in 35F... Everybody around me was also from Florida, I presume.
19:17. 5 OA, 1 AG. Four little bastards beat me.
I ran 10 miles with the boys. It was pouring rain, 37 degrees with 20+ mph winds and when they were done I decided I didn't want to go further either. Maybe I'll do a few more later
