I ran 3.2 miles in a decent rain. It was mid 50s again, so it wasn't bad.
Running is a good thing.

Runner with a riding problem.
It's a rest day from running for me but back to work after four days off where I didn't do diddly, squat, or poo.
Walking agitated the hell out of my foot last week so I am just hoping to get through the day without a setback. I would rather not test it at all but we can't be off forever...
No more marathons
Getting ready to head into work - first day since Dec 23rd - this will be interesting.
Schedule calls for 6 with the middle 2 being 30 seconds of fast followed by 2:30 of moderate.
At least the rain is supposed to clear up by noon.

7 miles. For the first time since moving here, I actually ran in my running jacket, thanks to temps in the low 20's. But it felt quite nice. Going back to work, not so much.

I brought my running stuff to work so I could run by the lake but I forgot my beanie... it'll be 30 and a little windy. Hmmmm
5 miles. 35ish but a little windy.
It's just a 4 day streak, and I'm liking it. The foot isn't invisible, but it's not being stupid, either.
