It's funny how to some people it's ONLY a half and to other people you might as well have said that you're running to the moon and back.
I get the same sort of reaction about hiking and camping. To some people I'm hard core for camping and to other people I'm a wimp for car camping. Gosh it's so fucking funny every single time someone says "my idea of camping is a 2 start hotel". yes yes you said that last summer too

Um, no. The thread is concerning an awkward moment after a person who is sick asked me if I am sick in a joking way. But, thanks for the "beautiful" compliment.
See, I don't think she was asking you if you are sick. She was basically saying "you are crazy for doing it". While obviously certain mental issues can be described as "sickness", I don't think she was being literal. Basically, it really was an example of someone who can't (or won't) poking someone who does. But indeed it can be awkward when that person uses the "sick" word.
