Hey everyone!!!! It's been awhile! I kind of dropped off the board for awhile. Was struggling with injuries and had to miss a few races I was really looking forward to, and even dropped out in the middle of a race back in December. For those months, I ran very low mileage while focusing on cross training and strength training. But April I was back and better than ever and finally hit a goal I've always wanted since I began running. I've come close numerous months before but some injury, illness or life event has made me fall just short. Not this month. Excited to say.....

APRIL IS MY FIRST MONTH OVER 100 MILES Smile 101.3! just wanted to share. I also need to start hanging around here more....miss you guys Smile

What'd I miss in the past few months?

Couple weeks ago a buncha people did some kinda weird triathlon in New England - events were bus-riding, crowd-dodging, and rain-shuffling.
