That was my first ever injury-related DNS in 2013, and the only time I've had to deal with ITBS. I mean, I've had a sore IT band since, but that went down into the knee and I was physically unable to run.
Anyway...
02/28 Baboon - Colchester Half Marathon
Goal: I'd like to beat last year's time of 1:34:48. It is a difficult course. No chance for a PR.
