I ran 12.8 miles. I came off the ridge one level, so had one big hill. The legs felt pretty strong.
I hope everyone has a great day!

I got back at it this morning with 6 miles. It wasn't too bad considering I jogged up and down a short mountain just 48 hours ago. Me likey.
Morning! I have 7 miles tonight. Ended up taking my RD last night and I'm happy I did. The house appears to be finally back at the normal temperature, even though it's like hell moved to it outside.

Yeah, I looked in my phone and couldn't fine the "fix red eye" thingy but I originally tried to take a selfie with the phone in reverse, where it doesn't allow the flash, but our flood light or whatever those things are called made us look green so I said fuck it and just turned the phone back around and used the flash.
That's what happens when you get up and run long before the ass crack of dawn
