- Don't break anything
- Also, don't break anything
- Stop eating Halloween candy already!
- >160 miles (what I hit in October - should be easy if I can maintain ~40mpw)
Last training month before I take a month long rest.
- 315 miles, or as close to it as possible.
- Drop to marathon weight
- Focus on enough sleep and good nutrition/hydration (I don't drink enough water)
- Continue with the weekly hill workout
- Daily short stretch and arm workouts
- Try to bring my 5k pace to as close as possible to what it was in the spring of 2013 (for some reason, it's been downhill ever since)

Cornwall Half-Marathon, 1:35, April 27th 2013

- NO dammit!!! But I have averaged about 240 month over the last five months, so that's pretty decent and more consistent than I was for the first half of the year, so that's good.
- A few pounds, but nothing crazy, but I feel good and my running is strong, so I'm not gonna complain (after my 50k, I'm going to focus on some weight loss before I get into training for my 100 miler)
- Had two excellent trail races, placed in my AG in the first one, had a blast doing the relay at the second one. Did more trail running overall in Nov than I've done in a while, it was great!
