Me too.  I have one yard to mow before the heat sets in, but that's it.

Me three.  I have one yard to mow this evening after the sun goes down, but that's it.

          Good morning!

I had 17 yesterday, but ended up only running 6 due to some bad cramping. Maybe food poisoning. I felt unwell for the rest of the day. Anyway, I'll try the 17 again tonight, and if not tonight, it will be Wednesday, on our national holiday (no work).

          Have a good day!

          Barking Mad To Run

31st race done on Saturday.  Report and photos on the front page somewhere.  This 5K included tubing into a river.

Sunday went out to do an easy 3 miles, ended up with 4.5 miles, with a couple of small hills thrown in.

            Rest day today.

You mean that it doesn't count in the "poor me, I can't run" department, right?

I'm teasing. I know how frustrating it is. Especially hard for you because you're in the middle of a training cycle. When I had my injury, I had just run my goal marathon and had PRd. At least, there was no sense of urgency to my coming back to running. It's different for you.

Good morning.  I am all caught up on sleep but I am physically tired.  Saturday's race beat me up more than I thought it would.  Another race tomorrow...hopefully I'll recover a little by then.  I was going to run this morning and bike after work, but I figured I should probably try to preserve any juice I have left in my legs.  So, no bike ride today and I'll run 7-8 easy miles after work.  OK THEN!

                    Good morning.

Marjorie, thank you for starting today's thread. Have a pleasant rest day.

Little Blue, enjoy doing yard work.

                    Rick, you too.

Lily, I hope that tonight's run is much better.

                    scottydawg, enjoy your RD.

                    Cyberic99, enjoy your RD, too.

Phil, have an excellent easy run. Good luck tomorrow.

I did weights at the gym. After work, I'll go for my weekly alignment, then, to the gym for some TM miles. I want to do more than yesterday. I don't want to do it in the same conditions (67F with a 64F dewpoint.)

Morning. Traveling to SC so either a rest day or a run.  We will see.

                        Feel better, Oski and Lily!

Nice.  And with 8 days to go.

I overslept today, and I have no regrets. Smile

Have you tired yelling, "SICKNESS GO AWAY!" out the window? Apparently it always worked for my grade 11 Western Civ teacher.

                              8 miles tonight.
