Kenya! I'm familiar with the recruiting program the Army uses to attract foreign students into military service. It seems that some of foreign students they recruit can run really fast.

Paul Chelimo is a legit talent that went to college at UNCG. It looks like he has been hurt the last few years. But, was runner up in the NCAA 5k outdoors in 2012. Plus he seems to be having a FIFA feud with Diego Estrada.
