'Sup.
It's sunny as heck out today and with an expected high of 55 degrees (and windy!), it will feel like spring.
I had a relapse last night and ate a loaded peanut butter sandwich right before bed (I had not had any since early December), so I'll need to go run that bitch off!
What's up with you today?

You're off peanut butter? WTF?

I'm back on it, apparently!

Good morning!
I ran 9.1 w/ 2x3@MP. Mid 50s, light rain, and a decent wind. It would have been a decent day for a LR.
I hope everyone has a great day!
Runner with a riding problem.
Thank god. I can give up PB only if there is an unlimited supply of almond butter.
BTW - what is a "loaded" PB sandwich? Just a lot of PB, or a bunch of other stuff on it?

No such thing.
I'm missing my 3 hour meditation and stress relief.

That would be using half the jars worth.
I'm good with 45 minutes.
I will be happy to donate mine scheduled for tomorrow.
Yes, much is sacrificed for the marathon. But, it will be a distant memory before you know it, so be sure to smell the flowers along the way.
Going back to back huh? Not looking too far ahead but hopefully you get a break next weekend.
ran 14 early this morning...having coffee now...it's my younger son's bday this weekend, and he wants to go fishing today...so, were going fishing in a bit....have a great day everyone.

Morning! I have a busy day tomorrow, so I'm thinking of moving my LR (just 10) to today. But I have DOMS from my MP run on Thursday, which makes me tempted to wait another day and just do my 6 today. Somebody at running club was talking about the first phase of Hanson's being the "shock and awe" phase, and I'm feeling it. The first two weeks were cake, but now the relentlessness of the thing is catching up to me.
