5 miles today. 83 degrees with a high of 103! Unseasonably hot!
I learned today from my doctor that I am anemic, so we're going to start with some iron pills and see where things stand in a month. Nice to have a possible explanation of the fatigue I've had for a while.

It rained so it went from 100F and 77DP to only 82F and 77DP. It felt like Winter. 5 miles done.
