12 miles total, 5 on the TM and 7 with hubby outside. I am still coughing up a storm so TM runs from now until my marathon are probably the way to go.

I swallowed a bug with a 1/4 mile to go on a 6 miler today and it caused a coughing fit. Just for about 30 seconds I thought I knew what it felt like to have asthma; it felt like I couldn't get enough air in. It was terrible. Never had anything like that happen before.
