I ran 4 and then went to see the movie Lion. Highly recommended if you want to cry for 2 solid hours. Dave, my sister thought she had PF, then she thought she had AT issues, but it turned out that she had an issue with a nerve that ran through her AT. So you should probably worry about that too.
