Oh, I forgot to mention that I slept with my night splint last night for the first time to help with what I think is my Achilles. I felt like a terrible hypochondriac with this giant boot on in bed, but man did my heel feel great when I got out of bed this morning. It's a little sore now after my run, but not too bad.

I never walked. We went to the movies and I was exhausted so I napped.
