Oh, my tempo run went well. 3 x 10:00 at 6:29 avg pace. Solid. I cut out the 5 minute cool down because I was already weaving in and out of high school track practice, and when I finished my last hard interval I called it a day. 6.72 miles total @ 6:39 avg.

^holy shit. I would just hope to be stocked with food, and plan to not leave the house for anything.
We stocked on food and more importantly, alcohol. We are not supposed to get much snow, though, but with the wind coming from the West and us the last house in our circle, we might get all the snow in the neighborhood.
