It was over 40 today, so felt warm. I decided to run outside. The first 2.5 miles went well. Then I tripped on a manhole cover & took a lovely dive across the pavement. My right knee took the brunt of it, it's skinned & bruised. Also scrapped my left palm, bruised the right and somehow scraped the crap out of both thighs. Seems like the running clothes & gloves were untorn.

I love greyhounds. They’re so sweet. My mom worked at a greyhound park until they closed (all the dogs found good homes) and I got to meet them. Our dog is supposedly part whippet. She’s hella fast
HCK, I'm so sorry! That's scary and looks painful! I did that last summer and it's still fresh in my mind. I hope you heal quickly!!
